SMS Terms & Conditions

By consenting to receive SMS messages from Beyer Pharmacy, you agree to receive conversational and informational text messages from us. Messages may include responses to your questions, pharmacy service communications, pickup availability notices, and appointment reminders.

Consent

You may provide consent by initiating a text conversation with Beyer Pharmacy or by giving express verbal or written permission. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency and charges

Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt out and support

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for support, call (619) 207-0406, or email info@beyerpharmacy.com. We may send a final confirmation after an opt-out request.

Privacy

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. Review our Privacy Policy for more information.

Health and emergency information

SMS is not monitored for emergencies. Call 911 for an emergency. Standard SMS may not be secure, so do not text prescription numbers, medication names, diagnoses, insurance details, or other sensitive health information. Call the pharmacy for prescription transfers, refills, and private medication questions.

Carrier availability

Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
